Private Office

Transforming an existing 3,500 sq. ft. vanilla shell, this project redefines the modern workspace by blending high-level executive function with resort-style luxury. The build-out includes eight private offices anchored by a suite of premium lifestyle amenities. The space features a state-of-the-art golf simulator, a dedicated game room, and a full chef’s kitchen. The wellness wing is designed for peak performance, boasting a full gym and spa complete with a sauna, ice bath, and shower facilities. The interior flows seamlessly into a custom outdoor entertainment space featuring a putting green.
